But with a controlled price thanks to our concept: making super durable products to order, only for you, in France and Europe.

OUR MOTIVATION?
It's a real shame that it's come to this!
Because bedding and home textiles are the products we use the longest in our lives! You even use your smartphone less...
And yet, this industry is really doing whatever it wants: declining quality and lifespan, products with false compositions coming from the other side of the world... and conversely, brands that charge exorbitant prices if you just want a good night's sleep...
The ultimate solution? Throw it away, and buy it again… Over and over. Or pay a very high price.
WE WANT TO MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL, AND WELL...
We're not reinventing the wheel.
We simply take the right product that has worked for years , test it and adjust it by using the best possible quality, and then offer it to you.
Sheets that last, a mattress that makes you wish you were sleeping at home this weekend… That’s what we want.
We are against disposable products that push you to buy, again and again...
WE DON'T MAKE THINGS LIKE ANY OTHERS...
We don't manufacture thousands of products to then sell them to you; we manufacture them because you need them, because you ordered them!
As in luxury or bespoke services, we manufacture for you, on demand.
This is what allows us to offer a super high-quality product, and to reduce costs.
WE LOVE TO TRAVEL, BUT NOT OUR PRODUCTS...
Producing on the other side of the planet, in soulless factories, exploiting people… It’s just not for us.
We're staying in Europe: we're just going to find the best specialists where they are…
The upholstered bed bases are made by 3 craftsmen in a small factory in the south of France.
For bed linen and towels, we couldn't find better than in Portugal... just like the major luxury brands do.
BUT SO, WHO ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
To know if we are pros or not, and if we master our subject? Excellent question.
Originally, it was the story of 4 friends who were looking for a really good mattress…
And they were asking themselves a basic question: where can you buy a good mattress without emptying your savings account? We don't know...
Because in business, nothing was worth it.
It's quite a story, this "quest for perfect sleep".
Among these 4 people at the origin of the BED REPUBLIC project, each has their own specialty: marketing, sales/supply chain, accounting and product/quality.
Without being modest, yes we know what we're doing: with over 15 years of experience in mass retail and furniture , it'll be fine, "We've got this."
And one day in our old jobs, we got fed up with always hearing the same thing: lower costs = lower product quality, in order to always sell more products!
That needed to change.
We quit our respective jobs to join BED REPUBLIC. And since then we've been sleeping better, except when we receive a stack of orders to process...
Today, BED REPUBLIC is a whole chain of people working on this project: the worker who sculpts the fabrics with her scissors, the technician who adds the finishing touch to a freshly produced sheet, the delivery driver who goes with his truck to collect all the week's orders...
So yes, we promise... we'll take a picture when we manage to gather the 300 or so people who are working on the project in one way or another.
QUALITY, STICKY, RIGHT?
Do we need to lower our standards for quality? Well, no, NEVER!
We select the best components and materials to make the products comfortable and durable.
We test them ourselves! At home, and with children...
We work with independent laboratories that test resistance to washing, abrasion...
We are demanding and strict about standards; we don't let anything slide, and it pays off in the long run: with our clients who have trusted us since 2018!

At BED REPUBLIC, we produce what we've sold. Not what we hope to sell…
And thanks to this, we can control our prices and our quality : no intermediaries, no distributors. Only You and Us ...
From the garment workshop -> directly to you, we were heavily inspired by the order management system in the world of bespoke and luxury goods.
The downside? You have to be a little patient…
(And we fully accept that).

They were complete novices from the very beginning, and they trusted us from the very start, when the adventure was just beginning.
But they have never been wrong: word of mouth from former customers, recommendations… Our customers do not hesitate to promote our products.
The most beautiful proof of love? When you have photos, opinions, videos, and even posts on social media.
