How to choose the right product?
Some simple questions to ask yourself: for what use, how often, for what specific needs. If in doubt, our customer service will answer you within 48 hours.
What are the delivery times?
Our products are made to order: allow 1 to 5 weeks depending on the product and your delivery area (2 to 3 weeks on average). Some in-stock products are shipped within 72 hours and delivered in 2 to 5 days. The exact lead time is displayed on the product page and in your cart, before payment.
If you order several products, each is shipped as soon as it is ready.
Is it possible to return a product?
100-night trial guarantee: Returns accepted within 100 days if the product is clean, unopened/unused, purchased on bedrepublic.eu, and left packaged at your doorstep. Exclusions: Statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, costs at your expense. Delivery issues: Immediate written notification to the carrier and our customer service is mandatory, otherwise the claim will be invalid.
Which products come with a 10-year warranty?
10-year warranty: Bed Republic brand mattresses, divan bases, beds, and headboards. Mattresses not of the Bed Republic brand come with a 5-year warranty. All products on the site are also covered by the 2-year legal warranty.
