The company BED REPUBLIC SASU, with a capital of 4000€, whose registered office is located at 8 bis rue Abel 75012 PARIS – France (hereinafter "the Organizer"), is organizing a free game with no purchase obligation from April 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM to May 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

BED REPUBLIC will, within the limits of the means at its disposal, verify compliance with these criteria. In the event that one of these criteria is not met, registration for the Game cannot be validated.

Any participation on plain paper or in any other form is excluded.
Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these Rules will invalidate participation in the Game. Any Participant suspected of fraud (particularly for multiple accounts) may be excluded from the Game by BED REPUBLIC, without the latter having to justify it.
Any incomplete, erroneous, or illegible identification or participation, whether voluntary or not, or made in a form other than that provided in these Rules, will be considered null and void.
Following their participation in the Game, the Participant accepts the possibility of being contacted by private message by BED REPUBLIC and its partners, on the Social Network, it being specified that their personal data will only be collected and used in accordance with the GDPR Article 7 laws provided in this contract.
The prize cannot be contested, nor can its cash equivalent be exchanged.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances require.
Delivery: the prize will be shipped within 7-30 days from the confirmation of the winner's contact details.
The prize will be delivered in metropolitan France (excluding islands and specific delivery points). Any other delivery location. In case of impossible delivery, an address outside mainland France, return of the prize, or refusal of delivery, loss of the package: the won prize will be canceled and returned to BED REPUBLIC.
The winner will be determined by a random draw via a third-party application guaranteeing randomness.
The winner will be informed by private message (DM) within 72 hours after the end of the game. Please note: if the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be considered lost or may be re-entered into play.

The data collected is strictly necessary for managing the contest. In accordance with the law, each participant has a right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to: help@bedrepublic.fr – subject: GDPR BED REPUBLIC Instagram contest.
The data will be deleted within 3 months following the end of the contest, unless the Participant expressly agrees otherwise.
The personal data (surname, first name, postal address and telephone number) of Participants (hereinafter "DCP") collected within the framework of this Game are necessary for BED REPUBLIC, as data controller, for the smooth running of the Game and for the awarding and delivery of the Prizes. By participating in the Game, the Participant accepts the provisions of these Rules and the collection of said DCP.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their DCP communicated within the framework of this Game. They also have the right to object to their use for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this Game, which they can assert from the moment the data is collected during their registration by writing to the Organizer whose address is mentioned in Article 1.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended by law no. 2018-493 of June 28, 2018, and by decree no. 2019-536 of May 29, 2019, relating to data processing, files and freedoms ("Data Protection Act") and the European regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR")), if the Participant wishes to know how the Organizer uses their DCP, request their rectification, object to their processing or erase them, the Participant may contact the Organizer's data protection officer in writing at the address or email indicated above. In this case, the Participant must indicate the DCP they wish to have corrected, updated, or deleted. BED REPUBLIC may request proof of identity or additional information to verify their identity in connection with their request. If applicable, the request will specify the address to which the response should be sent. Requests for deletion of DCP will be subject to the obligations imposed on BED REPUBLIC by law, particularly with regard to the retention or archiving of documents.
The Contest is developed and managed by the Organizer BED REPUBLIC, excluding any sponsorship or intervention by Instagram/Meta. Instagram cannot be held responsible for any dispute related to the game.
The Organizer may rely, particularly for the purposes of proving any act, fact, or omission, on the recordings and computer files originating from its systems or the Instagram platform. Participants undertake not to dispute the probative force of these electronic documents.
These rules are subject to French law.
To be taken into account, any complaints relating to the game must be submitted by email to help@bedrepublic.fr, and no later than ninety (90) days after the voting deadline as indicated in these rules.
In the event of a persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court, according to the legal rules of territorial jurisdiction or attribution.
Adherence to a socially responsible approach and ethical business conduct in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (and in particular the principles of the UN Global Compact), respect for human rights, international labor standards, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption) are fundamental principles of BED REPUBLIC.
As part of their participation in this Game, the participant must ensure compliance with the rules applicable to the fight against fraud, corruption, influence peddling, and illicit agreements, particularly those covered by Law No. 2016-1691 of December 9, 2016 (Sapin II Law) and international conventions against corruption and money laundering; they certify that neither they nor any person acting on their behalf has, directly or indirectly, offered (or will offer), solicited, or accepted any payment or other benefit for the benefit of or from any person (public or private), provided that such payment or benefit has - or would have - the purpose of influencing an act or decision. The participant acknowledges having read BED REPUBLIC's values and commitments, which must guide the execution of the contract.
