It all started with Thomas. Since he "never has anything to do" in customer service (because our quality is top-notch, of course), he opened a bag of marshmallows in the middle of the open space: "Here, it's been a while, and I saw they were on sale... Want some?"

Oh no! That's not reasonable, you'll make us fat... okay, just one, uh wait... I'll take two... oh oops... well three then, that one's stuck...

Naturally, everyone pounced on them. And then, between two bites from the team, a question popped up: "What would it be like to sleep on a marshmallow pillow?" After the obvious urge to eat the whole bag, we started to fantasize about the absolute comfort of sleeping on a marshmallow pillow. That was all it took to challenge our team. Off to the lab: "Can we do this?"

Two months later, the prototype was born. And it was on the site.
