Products you can return
At BED REPUBLIC, we accept returns of the following products, provided they meet certain conditions:
- Mattresses, box springs, and bed frames : must be returned in perfect condition and clean. Compressed mattresses can only be returned if they are still in their packaging.
- Beds and headboards : accepted subject to complete return with all parts and original packaging.
- Bedding accessories (mattress protectors, mattress toppers, bed legs): return acceptable if the packaging has not been opened.
- Bedroom furniture : must be in perfect condition and disassembled if necessary for repacking.
📌 Good to know : If your product falls within the 60-night trial period, you can return it even after several weeks of use, as long as it is in good condition.
Products you cannot return
Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons:
- Pillows, duvets and bed linen : cannot be returned if they have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Personalized items : any custom-made product cannot be returned (e.g., mattresses or beds with special dimensions).
- Damaged or incomplete products : If an item shows signs of wear or is missing an essential part, it cannot be returned.
